Return Policy

Returns are not available if the item is defective, we’ll exchange it and will bear the cost of both side shipment. While issuing the exchange of damaged product which is rare, still please share images/videos of the defect to get it approved.

Also if you decide to cancel order while it’s in transit you will have to still pay an amount of Rs 150. As a transit fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Within 7 days after receiving the order the exchange can be initiated. The fastest way to ensure the fit you want is to exchange the item you have, and send us a message on our Instagram account saying “EXCHANGE” and the team will get back to you.
