We do not offer returns.

In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item, we’ll arrange an exchange — and cover both sides of shipping.

To initiate this, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by messaging us on Instagram @balremn with the word: “EXCHANGE”.

• Exchange item value must be equal or higher.
• Pickup + delivery fee: ₹180
